Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fairmont Educational Consultancy's website and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Fairmont Educational Consultancy provides study abroad guidance, language prep classes, visa documentation support, and a student management platform. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of consulting engagements are defined in individual enrollment agreements and proposals.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@fairmont.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• All fees are stated in the currency specified at the time of service
• Consultation, test-preparation, and application-processing fees are due as agreed at enrollment
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on overdue balances
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years.

5. Intellectual Property

Work product created specifically for you under an engagement becomes your property upon receipt of full payment. Fairmont Educational Consultancy retains the right to use anonymized methodologies, frameworks, and know-how developed during engagements for future student guidance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairmont Educational Consultancy's total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
